Drabble: "Big With Belly" (100 words)

I may not be a bard, yet I'll share a short tale of two warriors who are my friends. You've heard about their feats oft enough, I'd wager -- yet I suspect you've heard but little of their love for one another.

True enough they did follow the custom here and are handfast -- for I was witness! But did you know Lancelot is big with belly and will bear Arthur's child? 'Tis true!

Miracle, you ask?

Perhaps. Though watch them stare into each other's eyes. Their devotion is no miracle, my friend. So why not a child? Seems right to me...
